These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Katenski.ink Challenge mobile application, including its features, challenges, digital products, purchases, rewards, and related services.
Katenski.ink Challenge is developed and operated by Ekaterina Alenteva (“Developer”).
By downloading, accessing, or using Katenski.ink Challenge (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree with these Terms of Use, you must not use the App.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using Katenski.ink Challenge, you confirm that:
• you have read and understood these Terms;
• you agree to comply with these Terms;
• you agree to the Privacy Policy and other policies referenced within the App;
• you are legally permitted to use the App under the laws applicable to you.
If you are under the age required to enter into a legally binding agreement in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with the involvement or permission of a parent or legal guardian, where required by applicable law.
2. Eligibility
Katenski.ink Challenge is intended for users who meet the minimum age requirements applicable in their jurisdiction.
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13.
By using the App, you represent that you satisfy the applicable age requirements or are using the App with any legally required parental or guardian consent.
3. License to Use the App
Subject to these Terms, the Developer grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to download, install, and use Katenski.ink Challenge solely for your own personal, non-commercial use.
This license does not transfer ownership of the App or any intellectual property rights.
You may not:
• copy or redistribute the App except as permitted by applicable law;
• modify, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except where expressly permitted by applicable law;
• remove copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary notices;
• use the App in any unlawful or unauthorized manner;
• attempt to bypass, interfere with, or disable any security or technical protection mechanisms implemented within the App.
Any rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by the Developer.
4. User Accounts
Katenski.ink Challengemay be used through a registered user account or, where available, in Guest Mode.
Guest Mode does not create a registered Katenski.ink Challenge account and does not provide cloud account synchronization.
Certain features may require a registered user account.
Registered users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for keeping their login credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your registered account.
You agree not to:
• share your account with other individuals;
• provide false or misleading account information;
• attempt to access another user's account;
• use the App in violation of applicable laws or these Terms.
The Developer reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activities.
5. Challenge Rules
Katenski.ink Challenge provides structured productivity challenges designed to encourage consistent creative practice.
Each challenge contains its own rules, duration, rewards, recovery options, and completion requirements.
Challenge progress is determined automatically by the App according to its built-in mechanics.
The Developer reserves the right to improve or modify challenge mechanics, balancing, rewards, progression systems, or related features in future updates.
Completion of a challenge does not guarantee eligibility for any future rewards, promotions, or benefits unless expressly stated within the App.
Users are responsible for completing challenges honestly and without attempting to manipulate or bypass the intended mechanics.
6. Premium Challenges
Katenski.ink Challenge offers optional Premium Challenges that may be purchased directly within the App.
At the time of these Terms, Premium Challenges include:
• 14 Day Intensive;
• 7 Day Elite.
Purchasing a Premium Challenge provides one official participation in the selected challenge.
If the user successfully completes their first official participation in the 14 Day Intensive or 7 Day Elite Challenge, that Premium Challenge becomes permanently available to that user for personal practice and unlimited replays without requiring another purchase of the same Premium Challenge.
The 7 Day Elite Challenge may additionally include eligibility for a physical reward after successful completion of the first official participation and satisfaction of the applicable reward eligibility requirements displayed in the App.
Additional personal-practice completions do not create additional eligibility for the original completion rewards or physical reward unless expressly stated otherwise within the App.
If an official Premium Challenge participation ends in failure and is not successfully continued through an eligible Recovery or Second Chance option, that participation ends and access to the applicable Premium Challenge is lost. A new purchase is required to begin that Premium Challenge again.
If a user voluntarily restarts or abandons an active official Premium Challenge participation in circumstances where the App indicates that the participation will be forfeited, the current participation and its progress may be permanently ended. A new purchase may then be required to begin that Premium Challenge again.
A Premium Challenge purchase:
• applies only to the specific Premium Challenge purchased;
• provides the participation and access described by the applicable challenge rules;
• cannot be transferred to another user or account;
• has no cash value;
• cannot be exchanged for another digital product or challenge.
Premium Challenge purchases are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system and are subject to Apple's applicable payment, billing, and refund policies.
7. Recovery Tokens
Recovery Tokens are optional consumable digital products that may be purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase system.
Each Recovery Token may be consumed once to recover eligible challenge progress when the Recovery Token option is available under the rules and current state of the applicable challenge.
Depending on the applicable challenge and recovery state, a Recovery Token may be used for:
• Missed Day Recovery;
• Failure Recovery.
Recovery Tokens:
• may be purchased multiple times;
• may be held in multiple quantities;
• are consumed individually when used;
• cannot be restored or reused after being consumed;
• have no monetary value;
• cannot be exchanged for cash or other products;
• cannot be transferred between users or accounts.
Owning a Recovery Token does not guarantee that Recovery is available in every situation. Recovery availability is determined automatically according to the rules and current state of the applicable challenge.
Purchases and refunds are subject to Apple's applicable App Store policies and applicable law.
Additional rules governing Recovery Tokens are described in the Recovery Token Policy.
8. Second Chance
Second Chance is an optional consumable digital product available only for eligible Premium Challenges.
At the time of these Terms, separate Second Chance products are available for:
• 14 Day Intensive;
• 7 Day Elite.
Second Chance may be used when the applicable Premium Challenge reaches an eligible failure state and the App provides the Second Chance recovery option.
When Second Chance is used:
• one applicable Second Chance is consumed;
• the failed challenge is restored without restarting the challenge;
• completed challenge progress is preserved;
• the missed-day counter for that challenge is reset;
• the user may continue the current Premium Challenge participation.
Second Chance does not create a new Premium Challenge participation and does not provide additional eligibility for rewards beyond the eligibility associated with the current participation.
Second Chance:
• applies only to the specific Premium Challenge for which it was purchased;
• may be purchased again when available;
• is consumed individually when used;
• cannot be restored or reused after being consumed;
• has no monetary value;
• cannot be exchanged for cash or other products;
• cannot be transferred between users or accounts.
Owning a Second Chance does not guarantee that it can be used at any time. Its availability is determined automatically according to the rules and current state of the applicable challenge.
Purchases and refunds are subject to Apple's applicable App Store policies and applicable law.
Additional rules governing Second Chance are described in the Second Chance Policy.
9. In-App Purchases
Katenski.ink Challenge offers optional digital products and features through Apple's In-App Purchase system.
Available In-App Purchases may include:
• 14 Day Intensive;
• 7 Day Elite;
• Custom Challenge;
• Recovery Tokens;
• Second Chance products;
• other optional digital products or features that may be introduced in the future.
The 28 Day Standard Challenge is available without purchase.
The 77 Day Hardcore Challenge is not sold as an In-App Purchase. It becomes available after the user successfully completes the 28 Day Standard Challenge at least once.
The 14 Day Intensive Challenge and 7 Day Elite Challenge are purchased individually. Each purchase provides access to the applicable Premium Challenge according to its rules.
If the user successfully completes their first official participation in the 14 Day Intensive or 7 Day Elite Challenge, that Premium Challenge becomes permanently available to that user for personal practice and unlimited replays without requiring another purchase of the same Premium Challenge.
If an official Premium Challenge participation ends in failure and is not successfully continued through an eligible Recovery or Second Chance option, that participation ends and access to the applicable Premium Challenge is lost. A new purchase is required to begin that Premium Challenge again.
The 7 Day Elite Challenge may additionally include eligibility for a physical reward after successful completion of the first official participation and satisfaction of the applicable reward eligibility requirements displayed in the App. Additional replays do not create additional eligibility for the original physical reward unless expressly stated otherwise within the App.
Custom Challenge is a separate one-time In-App Purchase. Once purchased, Custom Challenge is permanently unlocked for the applicable user account and may be used repeatedly without purchasing Custom Challenge again.
Recovery Tokens and Second Chance products are consumable digital products and are governed by their respective rules and policies described within the App.
All digital purchases made within the App are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. The Developer does not receive or store your complete payment card information.
Prices are displayed through Apple's App Store and may vary by country, region, currency, taxes, or other factors determined by Apple.
Billing, payment processing, and refund requests for App Store purchases are handled in accordance with Apple's applicable terms, policies, and procedures.
Digital purchases have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between users or accounts except where required by applicable law.
10. User Responsibilities
You agree to use Katenski.ink Challenge responsibly and in accordance with these Terms.
You are responsible for:
• maintaining the security of your account and authentication credentials;
• ensuring that the information you provide is accurate;
• complying with applicable laws;
• using the App only for its intended purpose;
• providing accurate information when required for account, reward, or fulfillment-related features;
• using Premium Challenges, digital products, Custom Challenge, recovery options, and other App features only in accordance with their applicable rules.
You are solely responsible for your own decisions, creative work, and activities performed while using the App.
You must not attempt to manipulate challenge progress, purchases, digital product balances, Premium Challenge participation, reward eligibility, Custom Challenge access, or other App functionality in order to obtain access, rewards, benefits, or functionality for which you are not eligible.
11. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
• use the App for unlawful purposes;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, user accounts, or its systems;
• interfere with the operation, security, or intended functionality of the App;
• distribute malicious software or harmful code;
• exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or unintended mechanics for personal advantage;
• use automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to manipulate App functionality;
• impersonate another individual or organization;
• attempt to manipulate, falsify, or bypass challenge progress or completion requirements;
• attempt to bypass, manipulate, duplicate, or fraudulently obtain Premium Challenge participation, Custom Challenge access, digital products, recovery options, reward eligibility, or other restricted App features;
• engage in fraudulent purchasing, payment, refund, reward, or account activities.
Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account or access to applicable App features, subject to applicable law.
12. Intellectual Property
All original content created for Katenski.ink Challenge, including original artwork, tattoo designs, illustrations, graphics, reward artwork and designs, written challenge content, branding, logos, icons, visual elements, and other original creative materials, is owned by the Developer, Ekaterina Alenteva, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Katenski.ink Challenge also includes software, source code, user interface elements, and technical components developed for the App. Certain technologies, software libraries, platform components, trademarks, and other third-party materials used in connection with the App remain the property of their respective owners and are used in accordance with applicable licenses or terms.
Your use of the App does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publish, publicly display, sell, license, commercially exploit, or create unauthorized derivative works from the Developer's protected content without prior written permission from the Developer, except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
You may not extract, reproduce, redistribute, sell, or commercially use the Developer's artwork, tattoo designs, illustrations, reward designs, graphics, written challenge content, branding, or other proprietary creative materials from the App without prior written permission from the Developer.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the Katenski.ink Challenge name, Katenski.ink branding, logos, artwork, tattoo designs, reward designs, or other proprietary materials for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the Developer.
Third-party trademarks, software, services, content, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
13. Updates and Changes
The Developer may update, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features or functionality of Katenski.ink Challenge as the App evolves.
This may include changes to:
• challenge mechanics and rules;
• rewards and reward eligibility requirements;
• digital products and Premium Challenges;
• pricing and availability of In-App Purchases;
• account and authentication features;
• Custom Challenge functionality;
• recovery options;
• supported services and integrations;
• user interface;
• technical functionality.
Changes to the App will not alter completed App Store transactions except as permitted by Apple's applicable terms, policies, or applicable law.
Where a purchase provides permanent access to a feature, such as the Custom Challenge unlock, the Developer will not require the user to repurchase the same unlock solely because the App has been updated, subject to continued availability of the App and the applicable feature.
The Developer may modify the functionality, design, technical implementation, or available options of features over time as the App evolves.
The Developer will make reasonable efforts to provide notice of material changes where appropriate but is not required to provide advance notice for every update, improvement, or technical modification.
If changes materially affect these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or other applicable policies, the relevant documents may be updated accordingly.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
Katenski.ink Challenge is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer makes no warranties or representations that:
• the App will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free;
• all defects, errors, or technical issues will be corrected;
• challenge progress, account data, or locally stored information will never be lost, delayed, or unavailable;
• synchronization between devices or cloud services will always occur without interruption or error;
• third-party services used by the App, including Apple and Firebase services, will always remain available or operate without interruption;
• all features, digital products, challenges, rewards, or services will remain available indefinitely;
• the App will meet every user's individual expectations or requirements;
• the App will be compatible with every device, operating system version, or software configuration.
The App is intended as a productivity and creative consistency tool. Participation in a challenge does not guarantee any particular professional, artistic, financial, business, health, fitness, educational, or personal outcome.
Eligibility for rewards is determined according to the applicable challenge rules and requirements displayed in the App.
Your use of the App is at your own discretion and risk.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits warranties, consumer protections, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your access to or use of Katenski.ink Challenge.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• loss, corruption, delay, or temporary unavailability of challenge progress, account data, or locally stored information;
• interruptions or failures involving synchronization or cloud-based services;
• loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, anticipated benefits, or other economic losses;
• business interruption;
• inability to access or use the App or particular App features;
• device, network, operating system, App Store, Firebase, advertising service, or other third-party service failures beyond the Developer's reasonable control;
• interruptions, delays, errors, or technical failures affecting App functionality;
• decisions or actions taken by users based on their participation in challenges or use of Custom Challenge;
• failure to achieve any particular professional, artistic, financial, business, health, fitness, educational, or personal result.
The Developer is not responsible for payment processing, billing decisions, App Store transaction processing, or refund determinations made by Apple.
Where a challenge includes eligibility for a physical reward, the Developer is not responsible for delivery delays, customs delays, import requirements, incorrect shipping information provided by the user, failed delivery attempts, or other circumstances outside the Developer's reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability, consumer right, warranty, or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of Katenski.ink Challenge will be subject to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts located in California, United States.
If the laws applicable in your place of residence provide mandatory consumer protection rights, jurisdictional rights, or other protections that cannot legally be waived or limited by these Terms, those rights and protections remain unaffected.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, or limited under applicable law.
17. Termination
The Developer reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account or restrict access to certain App features if the user violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or unauthorized activity.
Suspension or termination may result in loss of access to account-related features, cloud-stored information, challenge progress, reward eligibility, or other App functionality, subject to applicable law and Apple's applicable policies.
Suspension or termination does not automatically cancel or reverse completed App Store transactions. The availability or treatment of previously purchased digital products following suspension, termination, or account deletion is subject to the applicable product type, the circumstances of the suspension or termination, Apple's applicable policies, these Terms, and applicable law.
The Developer may restrict or deny access to rewards, Premium Challenge participation, Custom Challenge functionality, recovery options, or other benefits where there is reasonable evidence that eligibility was obtained through fraud, manipulation, abuse, unauthorized activity, or violation of these Terms.
Termination does not entitle a user to a refund for previously purchased or consumed digital products except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law or provided under Apple's applicable policies.
Users may separately choose to permanently delete their account through the Account Deletion functionality provided by the App. Account deletion is governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable Account Deletion Policy.
Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive suspension, termination, or account deletion, including provisions relating to intellectual property, limitations of liability, dispute-related provisions, and applicable legal rights, will remain in effect.

Recovery Token Policy
This Recovery Token Policy explains how Recovery Tokens work within Katenski.ink Challenge.
This Policy should be read together with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
What is a Recovery Token?
A Recovery Token is an optional consumable digital product that may be purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase system.
Each Recovery Token may be consumed once to recover eligible challenge progress when the Recovery Token option is available under the rules and current state of the applicable challenge.
Recovery Tokens are optional and are not required to access the free features of the App.
Where Recovery Tokens Can Be Used
Recovery Tokens may be used only when the App specifically provides a Recovery Token option.
Depending on the applicable challenge and its current state, a Recovery Token may be used for:
• Missed Day Recovery;
• Failure Recovery.
Recovery availability is determined automatically by the App according to the rules and current state of each challenge.
Owning one or more Recovery Tokens does not guarantee that Recovery will be available in every situation.
Using a Recovery Token
When a Recovery Token is used:
• one Recovery Token is consumed;
• the consumed Recovery Token cannot be restored or reused;
• eligible challenge progress is recovered according to the rules and current state of the applicable challenge;
• any remaining Recovery Tokens continue to remain available for future eligible use.
Using a Recovery Token does not create a new challenge participation or independently create additional reward eligibility.
Ownership and Availability
Recovery Tokens:
• are consumable digital products;
• may be purchased multiple times;
• may be held in multiple quantities;
• are consumed individually when used;
• may be used multiple times where Recovery is permitted, provided the user has an available Recovery Token;
• have no monetary value;
• cannot be exchanged for cash or other products;
• cannot be transferred, shared, resold, or assigned to another user or account.
Purchases and Refunds
Recovery Tokens are purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase system.
The current price is displayed through Apple's App Store and may vary by country, region, currency, taxes, or other factors determined by Apple.
Purchases and refund requests are subject to Apple's applicable payment, billing, refund policies, and applicable law.
Consumed Recovery Tokens cannot be restored through the App.
Account Storage
Recovery Token balances may be associated with the user's account and synchronized across supported devices where account synchronization is available.
Deleting the App from a device does not necessarily delete Recovery Tokens associated with the user's account.
If a user permanently deletes their Katenski.ink Challenge account, unused Recovery Tokens associated with that account may also be permanently deleted, subject to applicable law and applicable platform requirements.
Deleting a Katenski.ink Challenge account does not delete transaction records maintained independently by Apple.
Future Changes
The Developer may modify the future pricing, availability, or functionality of Recovery Tokens.
Changes will not alter completed App Store transactions except as permitted by Apple's applicable policies or applicable law.
Any material changes affecting Recovery Tokens will be reflected within the App or applicable policies where required.

Second Chance Policy
This Second Chance Policy explains how Second Chance works within Katenski.ink Challenge.
This Policy should be read together with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
What is Second Chance?
Second Chance is an optional consumable digital product that may be purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase system for an eligible Premium Challenge.
Second Chance allows a user to recover an eligible failed Premium Challenge without restarting it and without losing completed challenge progress.
Eligible Premium Challenges
At the time of this Policy, separate Second Chance products are available for:
• 14 Day Intensive;
• 7 Day Elite.
A Second Chance purchased for one Premium Challenge cannot be used for another Premium Challenge.
When Second Chance Can Be Used
Second Chance may be used only when the applicable Premium Challenge reaches an eligible failure state and the App specifically provides the Second Chance recovery option.
Owning a Second Chance does not guarantee that it can be used at any time. Availability is determined automatically according to the rules and current state of the applicable challenge.
How Second Chance Works
When an eligible Second Chance is used:
• one applicable Second Chance is consumed;
• the failed status of the current Premium Challenge is removed;
• completed challenge progress is preserved;
• the missed-day counter for that challenge is reset;
• the user may continue the same Premium Challenge participation without restarting it.
Using Second Chance does not create a new Premium Challenge participation and does not independently create additional reward eligibility.
Usage and Restrictions
Second Chance:
• is a consumable digital product;
• applies only to the specific Premium Challenge for which it was purchased;
• is consumed individually when used;
• cannot be restored or reused after it has been consumed;
• has no monetary value;
• cannot be exchanged for cash or other products;
• cannot be transferred, shared, resold, or assigned to another user or account.
Purchases and Refunds
Second Chance products are purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase system.
The current price is displayed through Apple's App Store and may vary by country, region, currency, taxes, or other factors determined by Apple.
Purchases and refund requests are subject to Apple's applicable payment, billing, refund policies, and applicable law.
Consumed Second Chance products cannot be restored through the App.
Account Storage
Unused Second Chance products may be associated with the user's account and synchronized across supported devices where account synchronization is available.
Deleting the App from a device does not necessarily delete unused Second Chance products associated with the user's account.
If a user permanently deletes their Katenski.ink Challenge account, unused Second Chance products associated with that account may also be permanently deleted, subject to applicable law and applicable platform requirements.
Deleting a Katenski.ink Challenge account does not delete transaction records maintained independently by Apple.
Future Changes
The Developer may modify the future pricing, availability, or functionality of Second Chance.
Changes will not alter completed App Store transactions except as permitted by Apple's applicable policies or applicable law.
